Ross Nichols grew up with a passion and a gift for working on anything mechanical. Ross enjoyed spending time with his Grandpa Jack when he was very young. His grandfather worked in the Sears Automotive Department for over 40 years and spotted a gift in Ross as he spent time with him working in the garage and on his workbench.
During his senior year in high school, Ross started taking classes at the Fort Wayne Community School's Career Academy in the automotive program. Ross quickly discovered his passion for working on cars. After high school Ross went to Universal Technical Institute in Orlando, Fl and Chicago, IL graduating as one of the top students in his class. After graduating he worked for two restoration shops in Fort Wayne, IN where he gained valuable experience in the industry.
His entrepreneurial spirit and desire to become everyone's "go to shop" helped him to launch Jack's Speed Shop in 2015. Named after his grandpa Jack, Ross strives to honor his grandfather's legacy through his automotive business.
